How to Join BannerWomen

Step 4: Submit an Application

You are now ready to submit an application for membership. There are several pieces of information required in the below form (Title, URL, Click-Through URL, Estimated PageViews Per Month, and the URL where we can pick up your banner to put on rotation). You should be prepared to answer these items when submitting this form.


If you have not yet read the guidelines to see if your site qualifies, please do so now.

By submitting an application and joining the network, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, so its best you make sure to be familiar with what you are agreeing to.

This is the webpage on your site where users will end up on (or clicked through to) when they see your banner and click on it. The BannerWomen code we send you MUST live on the same page you have registered as the URL where you want users to click-through to when they click on your own banner. If we can't find the code on that page, we will change your click-through URL to a page where we can find the code. And, of course, you can add the BannerWomen code to the first screen shot of other approved pages as well (your welcome email will tell you if your whole domain or what sections of your site are pre-approved). The more pages you add it to, the more credits you accrue for free advertising.

Check Banner (Yes/No):
Did you check your banner to see that it is: 468x60 pixels, .GIF format, and no larger than 8.0k (or 8,000 bytes) in file size??
Banner URL:
This is the path we can put in our browser, go look at the banner you have made to promote your site on the network and where we can download it to our server. It has to fit the above mentioned size requirements. If you want us to make a banner for you, just send us a check for $50 to: WWWomen, Inc., 435 Second Avenue #2, San Francisco, CA 94118. Let us know your name and website URL and we'd be happy to make one for you.
